ADVOCACY:  Your membership gives your child a voice on the school, state, and national level.

EDUCATION: Your membership allows the PTA to offer FREE programs on nutrituion, parenting and academics.

FAMILY ENGAGEMENT:  When we all (teachers, kids, parents, community members) get together and do things outside the classroom, kids feel more enthusiastic about school.

PTA is for EVERYONE

Moms (working inside or outside the home), Dads, Grandparents, Teachers, Local Businesses, Community Members.

Our goal is to have one member for every child in this school, so that every child has a voice.

Yes, the treasurer reads out some numbers at the meeting because you should know where your money is going, but we're working to make our meetings more focused and interesting.  And take a look at some exciting PROGRAMS coming to Wanke this year, brought to you by your PTA.
